  Awesome service and fantastic boat. Have hired boats from many companies in the past, Gayle and Shaun from Smart Power Boat Hire are a lovely pair and keep their vessels in top condition. Many years living on the Gold Coast and loving boating, i was excited to find an affordable bigger boat with a decent Power plant and comfortable for the family, I absolutely found it here :) whilst it is a 4hr round trip from the Gold coast, it is a nice smooth drive up the M1 and Gateway before heading across the cool Houghton Highway bridges over the bay at redcliffe. All in all it is well worth the trip. I like the pickup and drop off option as you can grab it in the afternoon, load up your essentials ready for an awesome day on the water :) if your from the Gold coast I would definitely recommend getting it for 2 or more days so you have at least one whole day 0700 to 1700 on the water, as it takes about 3hrs or so to get it out of the water, cleaned and refuelled and up to Scarborough you need to pull it out about 1430 on the day your dropping it back (Pickup boat 1730 afternoon before hire and drop off 1730 end of hire day), trust me do 2 or 3 days if you can,
  Bit of a discount for multiple days. All safety stuff Included and boats are very functional designs. Keep up the great work Gayle and Shaun, cant wait to see you again soon :) lookout summer!
